1980 Obtained my IA RE license and been with husband, Lance Sitzmann Real Estate as a Realtor and established in 1976. It was an easy family decision to join forces with Lance because we knew we wanted a challenge and the satisfaction that comes along with helping clients realize the American Dream, home ownership. Over the past 3 decades, the ability to help so many diverse clients and build relationships with them is what I have loved most about my career. No two people, two homes or even two transactions are ever the same, which keeps my job fun and interesting. I am constantly learning to stay sharp in the local real estate market as tools and technology are quick to change. I aim to make each client’s experience in the real estate industry a great one and strive for the compliment of them referring us a friend, family member or co-worker.
